Description

The General Health Law in Mexico is a federal law that establishes the basis for the regulation, control and promotion of health in the country. In its last publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on February 13, 2014, the Regulation on Registrations, Import and Export Authorizations and Export Certificates for Pesticides, Plant Nutrients and Toxic or Hazardous Substances and Materials was published. In addition, on September 5, 2023, a Presidential Decree was published in the DOF amending, adding and repealing several provisions of the regulations on registrations, import and export authorizations for pesticides, plant nutrients and toxic or hazardous substances and materials.
