Description
(EN) The law enshrines the right of any worker who has a child with a disability in accordance with the regime provided for in Law No. 19,691, of October 29, 2018 (Law on the Promotion of the Work of Persons with Disabilities), to request up to a total of 10 (ten) days per year for medical check-ups of that child, with pay.
