(EN) It modifies and extends the scope of application of Law No. 5508/2015 "Promotion, Maternity Protection and Support for Breastfeeding", to more workers of different public entities. At the same time, it establishes that the companies, institutions or entities mentioned in the Law, in which more than 10 women work, must implement breastfeeding rooms authorized by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare.
