Description
(EN) It enshrines the right to preventive parental medical leave due to the COVID-19 disease for the care of children. It also provides for the right to suspend the effects of the employment contract for reasons of care while the operation of educational establishments, kindergartens and nurseries remains suspended by act or declaration of the competent authority.
