Constitutional Amendment 103

(EN) Under Constitutional Amendment No. 103 amending the social security system, article 201, ss 12, on social security provisions, states that the law shall establish a special regime for the inclusion in social security of low-income workers and those who do not have their own income, who are exclusively engaged in domestic work within their households, provided that they are members of low-income families, guaranteeing them access to benefits equal to a minimum wage.
