Description

(EN) It includes reforms to the regulation of domestic work. In Chapter XIII of Title Three on Working Conditions, it enshrines a legal definition of "domestic workers" in which it includes those who carry out care tasks. It provides for a more extensive legal regulation with respect to the employers obligations, including that of registering the worker with the Mexican Social Security Institute and paying the corresponding contributions in accordance with the applicable regulations on the matter.
