Description

(EN) Reforms Law 50 of 1995. It establishes that every public or private institution, where there are more than 20 working women, must have a breastfeeding room that allows the working mother to have the necessary facilities to express her breast milk and keep it under adequate refrigeration conditions until the end of her working day. Every mother will have 1 hour in total per day to express breast milk or feed her child.
