Description
(EN) Amendment of articles 94, 94 BIS, 95, 96, 97 and 100, and addition of a subsection K) to article 70 of Law 2, Labor Code. A paid paternity leave of two days per week is established for the biological father for the first four weeks after the birth of his son or daughter.
