(EN) Decree approving the Regulations of Law No. 31047, Law on Domestic Workers. These Regulations regulate paid domestic work within the framework of the provisions of Law No. 31,047, Law on Domestic Workers. These regulations establish definitions and principles, forms of provision of domestic work, registration, contracting and its content, payment of remuneration, among others. It also creates the Domestic Work Registry.
