Description
The purpose of this Law is to establish provisions to protect, maintain and increase plant health in the Republic of Nicaragua, aimed at preventing the introduction, or combating the spread or establishment of pests, protecting plant resources, facilitating international trade in plants and plant products, and contribute to the sustainable development of agricultural productive activity.
