This Law aims to promote agrotourism, within rural tourism, as an alternative for the sustainable development of the agricultural productive sector, so that both Tourists and visitors can have an authentic experience of internalizing the processes productive, contact with customs and traditions and exploration of native nature, in a healthy, safe way and with differentiated quality, with a high degree of satisfaction, which will result in the generation of jobs and income complementary to primary activity, mainly in the rural environment
