Law No. 10096 of Rural Development of Costa Rica.

The purpose of this law is to promote the development regional in Costa Rica, for the improvement of the conditions and quality of life of the entire population, respecting the cultural, social, economic, environmental particularities and the taking advantage of the synergies and potential of each region, in a context of democratic participation.
