The purpose of this law is to promote agrotourism or rural tourism as an alternative for the sustainable development of areas dedicated to predominantly agricultural activities in such a way that provide economic alternatives, diversify the returns of the activity agriculture, revalues agriculture as a means of local development and promote rural associativity.
