Non-reimbursable cooperation framework to promote sustainable development between Ecuador and the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean between 2015 and 2017.

Support for the change of the productive matrix: to integrate Ecuadors productive chains, taking into consideration the strengthening of the popular and solidarity economy, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Support for territorial and global environmental sustainability: in order to contribute to increasing the capacity of the State to design and implement policies, regulations, projects and programs that guarantee the rights of Nature. Support for Institutional Strengthening: area whose objective is to improve the human talent and management capacity of public, private and mixed institutions at both the national and local levels, within their respective competencies, to respond adequately to the needs and opportunities that arise for the social and economic development of the country, promoting dialogue and participation.
