Description
The purpose of this Law is to guarantee the right to food and nutrition in a sustainable manner for girls, boys and adolescents of school age, part of the National Education System, for the enjoyment of a dignified, healthy and active life. The purposes of this Law are to include in school feeding also that which comes from local peasant, Montubia and Afro-Ecuadorian agriculture and from fair trade.
