Ecuador-Spain Country Partnership Framework 2019-2022

The Country Partnership Framework (CPF) is the strategic-geographical planning instrument that implements the mission of the Spanish Cooperation (EC): "to promote and stimulate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contribute to eradicate poverty in its multiple dimensions". The Spanish Cooperation in close dialogue and work with the institutions of Ecuador have developed the new Country Partnership Framework that defines the strategic priorities of the Spanish Cooperation for the period 2019-2022.
