Description
The Ecuador–Spain Country Partnership Framework 2019–2022 established the shared development cooperation strategy between the two countries, guiding the planning, financing, technical assistance, monitoring and evaluation of Spanish Cooperation interventions in Ecuador. Its agri-food components focused on sustainable rural productive development, agricultural value chains, irrigation, innovation and capacity building for small and medium-scale producers.
