The resolution establishes the procedures to determine an organism, obtained from the application of New Breeding Techniques (NBT), is reached within the framework of Resolution No. 763 dated August 17, 2011 of the then Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and its complementary regulations.
