Resolution 763/2011 that establishes the scope of application of activities involving Genetically Modified Organisms

This resolution regulates technological advances and developments in biotechnology. It establishes the scope of application of activities involving Genetically Modified Organisms -understanding as such the agricultural, livestock, fish farming/aquaculture, fishing, forestry uses- or that could potentially be used in an agricultural context, must comply with the provisions of this measure.
