The resolution establishes the procedures to determine when a crop, obtained from new breeding techniques using modern biotechnology techniques are not included in the Framework of Resolution N. 763 dated August 17, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and its complementary regulations.
