Resolution VI 2005 RO CAS: Statement I - On Royalty Collection for Biotechnology Products

The CAS resolution establishes the interest in the coordination of governmental actions between the parties to develop regional technologies, tending to promote innovations in biotechnology. Therefore, after the UPOV Act, they consider that the appropriate system to remunerate the owner of the technology is through the payment of royalties in the commercialization of seeds.
