The National Irrigation and Drainage Plan (PNRD) is a sectoral public planning instrument that seeks to articulate Central Government policy with local management modalities, ensure the coherence and consistency of interventions and investments in the different sites that make up Ecuador and become, above all, a guiding tool for public policy on irrigation and drainage.
