Ecuador - National Climate Change Adaptation Plan

The National Climate Change Adaptation Plan is the Ecuadorian States response to international efforts to address the effects of climate change, as well as to contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The Plan is based on the principles of the National Climate Change Strategy to reduce social, economic and environmental vulnerability to the impacts of climate change and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase carbon sinks in strategic sectors.
