Description
ICA Resolution 4754 of 2011 establishes the requirements for extending the authorized use of previously registered agricultural bioinputs and chemical pesticides to minor crops in Colombia. It addresses the limited availability of phytosanitary products for these crops through a mechanism based on morphological and taxonomic crop groupings, efficacy evidence, technical documentation and corresponding amendments to product registrations and labels. It also regulates authorization procedures, official control and sanctions.
