Resolution 105/2019 - Action Plan for the Bioinputs for Agricultural Use Sector

This action plan is a tool to facilitate the process of conceptualization, design, execution and evaluation of the bio-inputs sector for agricultural use, in a systematic manner. It focuses on the formulation of objectives, targeting target groups, and facilitating participation and communication among stakeholders, monitoring, reviewing progress, and evaluating final performance. It addresses the main bottlenecks of bioinputs in the country.
