Cooperation Agreement between IICA and INDAP to support the Dairy Goat Program in Coquimbo, Chile.

The Chilean Institute for Agricultural Development and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) have signed a collaboration agreement within the framework of the Dairy Goat Strengthening Program, aimed at supporting livestock breeders in the Coquimbo Region. The three-year agreement aims to contribute to the capacity development of INDAP users in the goat farming sector, with the goal of enhancing the competitiveness of their businesses and production systems through the transfer of skills and knowledge. These will be provided to goat entrepreneurs through their participation in fairs, technical tours, training sessions, seminars, and talks held as part of the agreement. Additionally, IICA will develop a dairy production manual and a data control book.
