Decree 4-2019, Law for the Economic Reactivation of Coffee in Guatemala.

The referred decree mandates the authorization of extending the contractual period of the trust named "Trust for the Producers of the Guatemalan Coffee Sector" until October 23, 2051. Additionally, Article 2 establishes relevant aspects regarding debt restructuring and the interest rates accessible to this productive sector, set at 2% annually for micro and small producers, and 3% annually for medium and large producers. Furthermore, there is a provision for the adaptation of tax legislation for the economic reactivation of the sector.
