Regulation of Law No. 27,118 on the "Historical Reparation of Family Agriculture for the Construction of a New Rurality in Argentina."

Description

Decree 292/2023 approves the regulation of Law No. 27,188 (2015) declaring family, peasant and indigenous agriculture to be of public interest. The referred regulation establishes: Creation of prioritization mechanisms in the allocation of resources to women and the gender diverse population in each of the measures, policies and programs of the law; Accreditation of family farmers and women farmers defined as such in the National Registry of Family Farming (RENAF); The execution of transfers and/or awards will be in charge of the National Institute of Family Farming; Design and implementation of specific Programs for the Production and Marketing of Family, Peasant and Indigenous Agriculture, among others.
