Description

Agreement 026-2017 creates the Department of Forest Health and Health in Honduras, whose main functions are: Develop the Annual Prevention and Protection Plan against forest pests and diseases; Design and implement a Prevention and Early Warning System (SPAT) that generates information on the identities and populations of the pine bark beetle; Design strategies and technical guidelines for the integrated management of forest pests and diseases, among others.
