ICA Resolution 68370 of 2020: Requirements for the Registration and Control of Bioinputs for Agricultural Use

ICA Resolution 68370 of 2020 establishes the requirements and procedures for the registration of producers, contract producers, packers, importers and technical departments conducting agronomic efficacy trials of agricultural bioinputs, as well as for the registration of bioinput products. It regulates registration procedures, efficacy trials, sample imports, labeling, marketing, registration amendments, inspection, surveillance and official control to ensure quality standards, protect plant health and contribute to food safety in primary production.
