Description
Executive Decree PCM 031-2021 establishes the execution and implementation of the Coffee Bonus for Fertilization in Support of Small and Medium Producers under the responsibility of the Secretary of State in the Offices of Agriculture and Livestock (SAG). This program seeks to benefit small and medium coffee producers and is applicable to those coffee growers who have registered harvests with the Honduran Coffee Institute (IHCAFE) of up to 125 quintals.
