Updating of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the design and creation of the Bioeconomy Program

Section VIII of the update incorporates the design of public policy projects for the creation and strengthening of a national bioeconomy program, in coordination with the three levels of government and the private sector, to propose the projects referred to its immediate superior or, if applicable, to the head of the Secretariat, and to execute the public policies that, if applicable, are approved by the competent authority.
