Horizon 2030: The National Development Framework for Belize

The objective of the Horizon 2030 Framework is to clearly establish a set of long-term goals, targets, and development indicators that will guide the concerted action of all stakeholders involved in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of intermediate and long-term sectoral programs and the government's long and medium-term development strategies. Horizon 2030 is organized into seven thematic areas: Democratic governance for effective and sustainable public administration; Education for Development; Education for Development – Education for Life; Building a resilient economy; Focus on key productive sectors; Healthy citizens throughout the life cycle; and Environmental Care.
