European Union Living with Dignity grant fund framework

The EU-UNOPS Livelihoods Grant Facility was established in 2020 to efficiently channel funding to promote development-oriented strategies and deliver it to new, recurring, and protracted displacement crises, with an emphasis on early operationalization. The fund assists refugees and other displaced persons in becoming productive members of their host community and collaborates to promote common resilience, socio-economic growth, and development. The strategic priorities of the fund include: Early adoption of development-oriented measures in forced displacement; a needs-based approach rather than a situation-based one, encompassing all populations affected by displacement; a coherent and complementary strategy, with strong synergies among all involved parties.
