Plan 30

(EN) This Plan is the result of the demands expressed by young people that were collected and supported by the governments of the region through the Ibero-American Youth Pact and the Youth Pact 2030, approved at the Ibero-American Summits of Cartagena de Indias (2016) and La Antigua-Guatemala (2018), respectively. It is also enriched by the results of the survey "Young people in the face of COVID 19" promoted by the OIJ in May and June 2020 among the young population of Ibero-American countries.
