The Latin American and Caribbean Hub for Transformative Innovation brings together institutions from Central and South America around the methodology created by the TIPC consortium. Its purpose is to promote a new approach to Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) systems in the region and thus establish new sustainable development paths that benefit society through transformation.
