The Partial Scope Agreement of a Commercial Nature was signed on 28 November 2011 by the Presidents of Colombia and Venezuela. The annexes were signed on 15 April 2012. Its last update on 16 February 2023, seeks to reactivate and boost bilateral trade, through productive diversification, forming value chains that respond to the new economic realities of both nations.
