Law 115 of 2019, law that creates the Study Without Hunger Program and amends Law 35 of 1995, on the distribution program of the glass of milk and nutritional cookie or enriched nutritional creams.

The law establishes the creation of the "Study without Hunger" program to promote healthy eating in the different student centers of the territory, in order to have a healthy population, and to this end Law 35 is modified to guarantee adequate food for minors.
