Public Youth Policy in Panama

Panamas Public Youth Policy has been built in a participatory manner, consulted and agreed upon with young people and other strategic actors of the State and civil society. This policy must be a useful and valuable tool for Panamanian youth to fully develop their potential and be protagonists of their social, economic, political and cultural development. Although it is proposed as a policy aimed at the youth universe in Panama, it also includes a series of positive affirmation actions aimed at the restitution of the rights of young people who are in a situation of vulnerability, exclusion or discrimination.
