Peru: Law No. 29736 Agricultural and Livestock Production Reconversion

This law of agricultural productive reconversion, declares of national interest and priority the agricultural productive reconversion as a permanent policy of the State, aimed at voluntary change or transformation towards a different agricultural production to the current one to innovate and add value to production through the use of efficient technological systems throughout the production chain. It is implemented under the regulations approved by DS -19-2014-MINAGRI.
