Peru: National Youth Policy Supreme Decree 013-2019-MINEDU

Its objective is to generate conditions so that by the year 2030, eight out of ten young people between 15 and 29 years of age will have improved their integral development for their effective participation in society. Its priority objectives are: 1. To develop competencies in the educational process of the young population; 2. Increase the access of the young population to decent work. 3. To increase comprehensive health care for the young population. 4. To reduce victimization in the young population 5. To reduce discrimination against young people in vulnerable situations. 6. To increase citizen participation
