Declaration of Buenos Aires - VII Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC)

In the framework of the VII Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), the intergovernmental mechanism for integration, dialogue and political coordination issued the Declaration of Buenos Aires, which includes 100 points of consensus and 11 special declarations on issues such as post-pandemic economic recovery, food and energy security, health strategy, environmental cooperation, comprehensive disaster risk management, innovation for social inclusion, digital transformation, infrastructure, women, youth, among others.
