Strategic Plan 2019 - 2024 Dominica Red Cross Society

The Dominica Red Cross Society (DRCS) has formulated the Strategic Plan 2019-2024, which will be the key guiding instrument for the Society in the years to come to realize its vision of becoming the "Leading Humanitarian Organization" in Dominica. The current strategy places a special emphasis on the development of the National Society and organizational sustainability so that it thrives under all circumstances and continues to produce impact at the community and grassroots levels.
