Description

Full Title: The sumaq Ñan of food sovereignty to achieve Living Well within the framework of the CELAC FNS Plan. This document is based on the Food and Nutritional Security Plan of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC). The objective of the CELAC FNS Plan is to ensure that countries are prepared to respond to the challenges posed by economic, social or natural phenomena that precede food production and adequate food and nutritional security. In this context, and by means of this instrument, Bolivia has made a commitment to achieve and pursue the objectives of the CELAC FNS Plan. The sumaq Ñan is therefore the set of policies implemented for the construction of Food Sovereignty that have marked a route aimed at materializing the knowledge to feed oneself and Living Well.
