Critical and Direct Assistance Program for Family Farming (Resolution No. 138/2020)

This Resolution establishes the Program of Critical and Direct Assistance for Family Farming, within the scope of the Secretariat of Family, Peasant and Indigenous Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. An initial amount is also allocated for the implementation of the Program. The Program is inserted in the context of emergency generated by covid-19, recognizing that the contribution in food production of Family, Peasant and Indigenous Agriculture throughout the national territory is very important in terms of local and regional food sovereignty, assuming a strategic role in the care and maintenance of natural resources and as a dynamic factor of regional economies.
