Partial Scope Economic Complementation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua and the Government of the Republic of Ecuador.

The purpose of the Partial Scope Agreement between Ecuador and Nicaragua is the granting of tariff preferences and the elimination of non-tariff restrictions to strengthen and boost their trade flows, in a manner compatible with their own economic policies, and the establishment of a mechanism for the administration of this Agreement and the deepening of trade relations. The text of the Agreement covers issues concerning trade in goods, trade cooperation and dispute settlement.
