Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, of the other part

The Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, of the other part, establishes a comprehensive framework for trade liberalization and economic integration between the parties. The agreement reduces or eliminates tariffs, establishes tariff-rate quotas and rules of origin, facilitates customs procedures and regulates technical barriers to trade, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, services, establishment, intellectual property, public procurement, competition, capital movements and dispute settlement mechanisms. It also includes commitments on trade and sustainable development, including labour rights and environmental protection. The agreement has been provisionally applied with Peru since March 2013, Colombia since August 2013 and Ecuador since January 2017.
