To guarantee the supply of Urea Nitrogen Fertilizer for the 2022-2023 Agricultural Campaign (Emergency Decree Nº 013-2022).

The purpose of this Emergency Decree is to issue extraordinary and urgent economic and financial measures to facilitate and guarantee the acquisition and delivery of Urea nitrogen fertilizer to agricultural producers nationwide, in order to counteract the negative impact of shortages and high prices during the 2022-2023 Agricultural Campaign, aimed at continuing with the recovery of the national economy.
