Project "Towards the Integrated Management of Transboundary Water Resources (IWRM) of the Sixaola River Basin shared by Costa Rica and Panama

This project seeks to create long-term conditions for better shared governance of the basin, with timely information for the Integrated Management of Water Resources in the Binational Basin of the Sixaola River between Costa Rica and Panama, and will contribute to reducing agrochemical pollution and the risks associated with periodic floods in the basin.
