Description
The Technical Regulation on Biosafety of Living Modified Organisms for Agricultural Use is intended to contribute to regulating the commercial exchange and safe use of living modified organisms for agricultural use among the States Parties. It applies to living modified organisms for agricultural use in transport activities, transboundary movement, research, experimentation, management, development, production and marketing.
