The Transition Strategy to Promote the Use of Cleaner Technologies and Fuels: vers. 2020 obeys the purpose of updating the previous 2016 strategy from the perspective of "a sovereign energy transition." This effort combined the new principles of the national energy policy and the knowledge and experience acquired previously.
